All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Jakarta, Indonesia through Indonesian Postal Service and USPS with Express Mail Service (EMS)/Express Mail International® with estimated arrival time in 7 - 14 business days. You will be provided with EMS tracking ID so you can always track your order shipment. Except for countries that EMS service is not available, we will ship via Registered Air Mail with estimated arrival time 3 - 4 weeks.
Order Processing
All orders will be dispatched in 24 hours excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
All delivery dates are given in good faith and delays are the responsibility of the courier or the post service used. Confirmation of any loss by the courier or by the post can only be verified after a period of 35 (thirty five) days after dispatch.
Please remember that you must mention your complete shipping address while registering and placing orders. If the address is incomplete, you may not qualify for a refund as we are helpless in case of refund claims for orders which show incomplete shipping address.
According to the international postal regulations and standards, each package usually contain maximum of 5 cartons of clove cigarettes is delivered separately. So, if you have ordered more than one package, then the delivery dates may vary. Packages do not always reach on the same day, though they are shipped on the same day and may reach at intervals of a few days within our guaranteed delivery time period.
We are able to ship your packages to the
APO/PPO military addresses. Please note that delivery confirmation and expedited delivery are not available for military addresses.
The parcels are collected by Indonesian Post at 10 a.m. West Indonesian Time (UTC/GMT +7). Orders received after 10 a.m. are sent on the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Indonesian public holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.

Important Notes : All return claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The product must be intact and contained in its original box and the order number must be attached. The buyer will provide suitable packing. The cigarette boxes must not have been opened.
Refund Policy due No Delivery
Before placing an order, all customers should be aware that on rare occasions USPS or other postal service has been known to deliver orders late. Because of this, our policy is to review refunds/resends only after 35 business days from shipment has passed.
